Lash Technician

Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and provide recommendations based on their natural lashes and eye shape
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and disinfection protocols
- Keep accurate records of client preferences, product usage, and service history
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash industry
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions

Qualifications:

- Valid certification or license as an Eyelash Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of different lash styles, lengths, and thicknesses
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
