In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Operate 5Axis and 3Axis CNC Machines

Assist management with CNC programming and drafting

Play a key role in producing parts for several notorious aircraft.

Have a varied work week, including working with advanced composites, metal, wood & plastics.

Use many different machines, tools, and manufacturing processes

Receive health benefits after 3 months and RRSP benefits after 1 year

Have a 3-day weekend every weekYes, we work Monday -Thursday, 6 am-4.30 pm

Some experience with Auto Cad, Solid Works, and Mastercam

Some experience in machining or a shop work environment

Some experience operating/programming a CNC Machine

An aptitude for reading engineering drawings and instructions

Experience in the Aviation field

An aptitude for using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail

Aptitude for accurate measuring

Must haves..

Has a basic understanding of safe workshop practices

A genuine interest in manufacturing/aviation

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Can lift 50 lbs and can stand for long hours

Is comfortable working in an industrial factory environment with the presence of noise, dust, and chemicals

Can maintain a clean and organized work environment

Can work 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday (with a 3-day weekend)
