We are seeking a skilled and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation systems to ensure the proper distribution of water to landscapes and gardens.

**Duties**:

- Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation systems for any leaks, malfunctions, or inefficiencies
- Repair or replace broken or damaged sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, and fittings
- Adjust irrigation system settings to optimize water usage and coverage
- Install new irrigation systems according to design plans and specifications
- Dig trenches and lay pipes for irrigation system installation
- Program and operate irrigation controllers
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and adjusting sprinkler heads
- Collaborate with landscaping team to ensure proper watering schedules for plants and lawns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in irrigation system installation and repair
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing irrigation system components
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches and lifting heavy equipment

**Salary**: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
