We are a rapidly expanding Canadian company specializing in the distribution of automotive lifts, tire equipment, and automotive service equipment. Babco Sales is the exclusive agent for BendPak/Ranger, Peak equipment in Canada. Our head office is located in Surrey BC, and we have a branch location in Mississauga ON, with remote service locations in Edmonton AB and Winnipeg MB.

**Position**

We are recruiting for an experienced **_Parts and Warranty Advisor_** to join our team in our Mississauga, ON location. You must have experience with high volume calls. Daily, your role will include the following:

- Offer your expertise and knowledge on replacement parts for various types of automotive lifts and service equipment
- Provide excellent after-sales service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Strong attention to time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- Handle and solve warranty issues in a timely manner
- Other supportive tasks as required by the Customer Support Manager

You have previously worked in a similar role, where you have earned a reputation for your strong work ethic, organization, and commitment to excellence. You have a knack for deepening the relationship with existing customers. You will ensure tasks are completed and are skillful in delivering a high level of customer support. You take pride in understanding your customers’ needs, providing them with a solution, and earning their repeat business. You meet or exceed the following requirements:

- You are highly organized
- You are a strong communicator with **exceptional customer service**:

- You possess basic mathematics, computer competency
- Mechanically inclined
- You have a high sense of urgency and are committed to **continuous improvement**:

- Previous parts experience is an asset.
- You are proficient in English (both written and oral). French language skills are an asset.
