**Caledon Woods is looking for an Associate Superintendent**

This is an ideal position for an individual that is looking to engage themselves within the Turf Management Industry while working alongside a management team dedicated to excellence and success. In this role, you will work closely with the Superintendent gaining exposure in the management of all aspects of golf course maintenance. **Daily Responsibilities**:

- Make recommendations to the Superintendent on the daily condition of the golf course.
- Practice and enforce all aspects of ClubLink's Golf Course Maintenance and Health & Safety Policy Manuals.
- Responsible for daily equipment staging and execution of morning meetings to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Help train and coach staff on all equipment, including safety procedures.
- Maintain buildings, equipment, and property in a professional manner.
- Data collection.
- Regularly and accurately contribute to pesticide, fertilizer and agronomic management practices.
- Working knowledge of irrigation systems, automated controls, and repairs in addition to water management and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years on-course experience in all facets of turf management.
- Completed or enrolled in a turf management program.
- Supervisory experience in a golf course management setting.
- Available for work every day at discretionary hours.
- Approach responsibilities in an organized and energetic manner.
- Possess a valid Ontario Landscape Exterminators License or willing to obtain.
- Organized, effective communicator, and motivated.
- Desire to advance in the turf industry.
- Maintain a positive working environment and drive for continuous improvement.
- Computer skills are an asset.
