Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG), a subsidiary of TriSummit Utilities Inc., owns and operates natural gas processing, transmission and distribution systems in British Columbia’s lower Peace, west central, and north coast regions. PNG’s western transmission system extends from the Enbridge gas transmission system north of Prince George and along the Highway 16 cooridor to Terrace and then onto the port communities of Kitimat and Prince Rupert, providing gas transportation and service to twelve communities and a number of industrial facilities. In the Province’s northeast, Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd., a subsidiary of PNG, provides gas processing, transmission and distribution service in the Dawson Creek, Fort St. John and Tumbler Ridge areas.

**Salary Range**:

- $82,000 to $96,000 annually

**What You Will Do**:
As a CIS Billing Advisor, you will play an essential role within our Regulatory Department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the maintenance, collection and compilation of customer information system data to ensure adherence to business processes, accurate and timely billing and internal and external reporting.
- Preparing timely and accurate monthly manual billings for special contract customers.
- Identifying, analyzing and resolving, testing and validating identified billing issues in a timely manner, including working closely with Manager, Billing, staff from across the company, as well as external vendors, as required.
- Preparing and supporting the preparation of work instructions and processes and providing and supporting the provision of necessary training.
- Supporting and executing user acceptance, system enhancement and new system release testing.
- Participating in other billing duties and special projects as required.

- University or College degree in a relevant technical, financial, or business discipline or related equivalent experience,
- Work experience related to a customer information billing system, and
