Pet Paradise and K9 Resort is looking to add an experienced groomer to our team

**Tasks**:

- Bathing/shampooing
- Ear Cleaning and Teeth Cleaning
- Pet Clipping and styling
- Nail Trims and Grinds
- Boarding Baths
- Maintain and order supplies

Our requirements:
We are seeking a Certified Groomer who is a bright, energetic individual who is hard working, pays close attention to detail and has a love for animals to join the team. Must have Pet Grooming Certificate and Pet First Aid Certificate. Must have 5 years of experience minimum.

This position can be either part-time or full time but must contain a Saturday and/or Sunday. Hours as per the groomer.

Must be able to work in a high paced environment, work independently as well as with the team. Good oral communication skills. A positive attitude that puts the pet and customer first at all times. Great attention to detail, organized, highly self-motivated, and great time management skills. Animal handling experience in a professional setting is required. Perform grooming services on dogs that include, but not limited to bathing, teeth cleaning, nail trims, ear cleaning and nail grinding. Independently prioritize accomplish multiple tasks within established timeliness. Ensure shop cleanliness and safety by sweeping, mopping, etc., on a regular basis. Heavy lifting will be required at times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
