**Overview**:
We are a family-owned painting company located in Barrie, Ontario. We’ve proudly served clients in and around Barrie for over 10 years and have been steadily growing our presence.

Here at Wagg’s Painting, we prioritize quality service and addressing our customers' needs with a high level of understanding and expertise. We are a very detail-oriented painting business; we ensure that work is always completed with precision and consistency in mind.

We are looking for a motivated individual interested in a long-term position, who is also willing to learn and grow within our company/team. Prior painting experience or experience in a similar field is an asset.

**Duties/expectations**:

- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- Occasionally performing minor repairs to drywall
- Protecting surfaces like floors, cabinetry, and furniture
- Using brushes and rollers to paint surfaces according to job requirements
- Unloading and loading gear and supplies to and from company vehicles
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous painting experience or experience in a similar field is an asset
- Must own a personal vehicle and G driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, especially with customers
- Ability to work both in a team setting and independently
- Willingness to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule
- Comfortable working on a ladder and at heights

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
