Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes and milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Fabricate and modify parts as needed
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve machining issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively

Please note that this position requires physical stamina, as manual machinists may be required to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.

**Salary**: $33.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
