**Role Description**

This is a remote part-time role for an Online Tutor. The Online Tutor will be responsible for tutoring students online, assisting them with homework, developing study plans, and providing personalized learning experiences. The role also requires maintaining progress reports and engaging with students to help them achieve academic success.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in teaching or tutoring with proficiency in delivering online lessons
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of learning styles and the ability to tailor lessons to meet the requirements of individual students
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic goals
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students in different time zones
- Teaching certification or qualification is desirable but not mandatory

**Important Notes**:

- Classes are scheduled according to the teacher’s capability.
- The freelancers would only get a class if they are also online and present within their promised schedules.
- Monthly Teacher ratings will be done based on the Teacher's Punctuality, Responsiveness, Seriousness, Quality of Teaching, Student Engagement, Satisfaction, and Feedback.
- Must have own Laptop with proper fiber internet connection.
- 1 to 2 years of teaching experience.

- **Salary: From 18 CAD per hour**:
