Cabinet Maker/installer

Dan Parker Carpentry is a well established small but busy company specializing in custom carpentry and cabinetmaking. We are located in Caistor Centre, 10 minutes from Smithville and 15 minutes from Dunnville and Binbrook. Our continued success and growth allows the opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team. Our unique customer base presents a varied and interesting scope of work. A typical week will include both shop work and installation on site.

Related experience in cabinet manufacturing, assembly and/or installation is preferred

Have experience with woodworking machinery and hand tools

Work well both independently and as a team

Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Be able to assemble and install hardware as per specifications

Detail oriented

Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting and standing for long periods

Other Requirements:
Must have a valid and current G class Ontario licence and clean driver's abstract

Must have own transportation and be willing to commute to Caistor Centre

Must communicate effectively in English

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
