We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Surveillance Camera Monitoring Operators. As a key member of our surveillance center, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing live camera feeds to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor live surveillance camera feeds in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and assess potential security threats or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and alerts.
- Communicate with field personnel and emergency services when necessary.
- Document and report incidents accurately.
- Maintain awareness of security protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular checks of camera functionality and report any malfunctions or issues
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities and incidents

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in surveillance camera monitoring or a related field.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other monitoring technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
