Flooring and Tile Installer

Duties:

- Install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling surfaces, and repairing any damage
- Lay out flooring patterns and designs according to blueprints or customer specifications
- Install flooring using appropriate adhesives, nails, staples, or other fastening methods
- Clean up work area and remove any debris or waste materials

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in flooring installation is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and ability to interpret floor plans
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in flooring installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different installation challenges
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities

**Salary**: $15.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
