**Position Summary**:
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking a positive, motivated, customer service focused professional to join our Infrastructure Management Team. Reporting to the Director, Utilities & Sustainability, the Supervisor, Waste Programs, is responsible for leading, planning, and administrating waste management programs in Fort Saskatchewan.

This position is responsible for successful program delivery and excellent customer service through the interaction with internal and external customers and stakeholders, the development of educational and public relations tools, and the on-going promotion of the City’s waste programs. The Supervisor, Waste Programs will support the advancement of efficient waste collection, increased waste diversion and material recovery, and reduced waste production. This position will provide leadership, guidance, operational support, and direct the work of staff, contractors, and consultants associated with the City’s three waste service areas: curbside residential collection programs, commercial and institutional collection programs, and all Transfer + Eco Station Services.
