**Netsuite Administrator - Job Description**

**Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Administrator with expertise in design, implementation, configuration, maintenance and support of NetSuite and associated interfaces from proprietary systems.

**Job Duties**
- Assist in the final stages of a NetSuite implementation project.
- Receive knowledge transfer from implementation partner.
- Act as the NetSuite administrator providing training and support to end users.
- Create and maintain NetSuite related documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize configuration and development tasks.
- Support future roll-outs of NetSuite across locations.
- Provide support in the management of interfaces to/from NetSuite.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases, updates and modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Performing training for key staff members on functional and technical issues.
- Assist in design and maintenance of Master Data programs
- Act as Liaison with NetSuite regarding any technical or functional issues.
- Develop quality assurance procedures.

**Schedule**

The general hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm

**Required skills and Knowledge**
- Minimum of five years of experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with Celigo and Orderful is considered an asset.
- Experience with EDI, OCR, and/or commercial Order Management platform a plus
- North American and European NetSuite specific knowledge a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of ERPs and Cloud computing
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Experience in technology implementation and/or upgrade projects
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
