**Position Overview**: As a Body Shop Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals visiting or contacting the body shop. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the body shop team, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all customers. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating repairs, and maintaining effective communication throughout the repair process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns, and providing accurate information about the repair process. Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments for vehicle inspections, estimates, and repairs. Efficiently manage the schedule to maximize productivity and ensure timely service for all customers.
- **Repair Coordination**: Act as a point of contact between customers and the body shop technicians. Coordinate repair timelines, parts ordering, and other necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on repair status, estimated completion times, and any necessary adjustments to the repair plan. Keep customers informed about potential delays or changes in the schedule.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Accurately document customer information, repair details, and other relevant data in the body shop's system. Maintain organized records of repairs, estimates, and invoices.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality service, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the repair results.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or conflicts effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
