Carpenter/carpenter Helper

**Who we are looking for**:
Energetic, hard working, detail oriented individuals that have their own, reliable transportation and are willing to work 30-40 hours a week (part time positions can be negotiated)

Two positions available:
1. An experienced carpenter who can work independently or with a crew. A variety of carpentry related knowledge, excellent motivation, capability of working through jobs efficiently and meticulously

Clean appearance and language is necessary

Clean driving abstract

Basic tools and safety apparel will be required. Working at heights training will be required

**Who we are**:
Lakeside Home Improvements is a small residential renovation company which has been in business since 2002 primarily working in Greater Fort Erie but also working in Niagara Falls, St Catharines, Port Colborne and Welland providing the following services:
Primary services: Framing, finish carpentry, window, door, siding, deck, fence, additions, garages, flooring, kitchen installations

Secondary services: Concrete, drywall, insulation, roofing, bathroom installations

Full time or part time hours: 16-45 per week, 2-5 days per week
