Toronto, Canada Feet First Clinic Full time

Specific Details:
Patient chair: Spray and wipe down the backrest, middle console, control foot pad, pull out the drawer base of the chair (rinse metal liner under water and spray entire chair with Bio Tec disinfectant solution & Micro fiber cloth.

Scrub instruments with steel brush under hot water that are soaking in Metri Clean solution, dry and individually pack each tool into it's respective sized package (handle facing opposite to the perforated end), unpeel and neatly stick down the perforated end, place in autoclave in treatment room #1 for sterilization.

Wipe down all of the brown cabinets from top to bottom and dry Bio Text Disinfectant solution

Wipe down the countertop including the canisters, model feet & riser, the black stackable tray (Refill cotton balls and alcohol)

Wipe down the walls and base boards (Use Magic Eraser)

Wash with soap and rinse the plaster & feet wash bowls underneath the sink (before washing please remove the plaster in the garbage) (*Plaster is never to go down the drain)

Wipe down the Chiropodist’s chair & Patient black chair including the legs with Bio Text disinfectant solution

Wipe down & remove all items as well as the stainless steel stand and drill handpiece with (*Alcohol only)

Empty and wipe down garbage pail, replace garbage bag nightly

Vacuum carpet and floor

Wipe down black chairs and bench with Bio Text disinfectant solution

Wipe down the 3 blue stools with the assigned cloth with just water

Dust & Disinfect all computer monitors, key boards, printer, TD merchant machine, desk items including telephones, tape dispensers, staplers, stamps, embosser, calculators, chair legs

Wipe down walls and base boards (Use Magic eraser)

Empty garbage and recycle bin daily, replace bags only at end of each week and place downstairs in designated area

Empty shredder into blue recycling bag every Wednesday

Scrub the outside of the toilet with Ajax and use toilet brush & Lysol bowl cleaner for inside bowl and finish with disinfectant wipe for the whole toilet

Scrub hand sink with Ajax bleach cleaner and wipe down cabinet doors

Vacuum Sweep and Mop

Remove everything from the fridge and wipe down all shelves and doors with cloth and disifectant wipes
