If so, this might be the role fo you You will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and monitoring warranty claims to various suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing profits to the company and maintaining vendor and inter-divisional relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews warranty repair orders for complete and accurate information. completes accelerators for warranty verification & I360 updates.
- Gathers or clarifies information as required from necessary parties.
- Closes warranty repair orders by creating invoices based on information collected.
- Provides information regarding warranty parameters for front counter upon request.
- Ensures Service Coordinators are advised when warranty work impacts customer service or payment.
- Responds to customer inquiries about warranty.
- Reviews repair orders to ensure complete and accurate information. Gathers or clarifies information as required.
- Perform shop updates; add detailed information in shop documentation and for team members.
- Prepare work orders and invoices as needed

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years working in heavy-duty truck or trailer or related industry (e.g. auto) required for reasonable technical product knowledge.
- Knowledge of standard repair times and how to manage repair orders preferred
- General understanding of warranty guidelines and approval process an asset
- Customer service focus
- Excellent fact finding and analytical skills
- Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines
- Aptitude for numbers, shows attention to det
- ail, accuracy
- Exposure to a centralized computer billing system; Karmak knowledge preferred

**Hours**: Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-7 pm
