**Position Title: Branch Representative (Seasonal)**

**Team and Location**: Commercial - Olds, AB**

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Branch Representative will be focused on the management of propane invoicing, reconciliation, asset management, tank monitoring and dispatch. Other customer interactions including lubricant and product sales, receiving payments, answering customer questions and any other administrative tasks will also be a requirement. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare propane and/or fuel billings as requested
- Administrative tasks including printing/sorting driver delivery tickets and processing
- Planning/Dispatching of propane orders using monitoring & AWE
- Maintenance of tank monitor websites to ensure accuracy
- Asset Management of tanks and monitors
- Process retail and lubricant sales as required
- Front counter and in-person customer service for all walk-in sales and inquiries
- Customer data entry and follow-ups
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Exceptional customer service
- Infosys, AWE & JDE experience is an asset
- Strong skills and experience with Outlook, Excel & Word
- A critical thinker who can add value in a fast-paced organization
- Good communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of propane, fuel, and lubricant products would be an asset
