**Position: Contract Strategist**

**MJB Technology Solutions is looking for a Contract Strategist with following skills as part of our team**:
We are looking for Contract Strategist with the following skills:
**Skillset requirements**
- Experience with contract strategy development for digital platform and enterprises
- Experience on building contracts to support platform based business
- Experience in consulting and design of contract strategies including: customer and supplier
- Experience with addressing both business and supplier requirements while promoting WIN-WIN negotiations
- Experience with digital contract life cycles
- Collaborate with internal cross functional stakeholders to build digital contracts utilizing leading edge best practices
- Experience with reviewing contract terms and conditions and identify potential non-compliance across legal, finance, regulatory, privacy and trust, data and security
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and deviations to contracting policies
- Ability to draft contractual agreements in simplified natural language and collaborate with stakeholders to finalize into legally binding language
- Knowledge and understanding of contract terminology and communicating with clients and stakeholders in simple, everyday language
- Must have CIPP certification

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of working experience in contract development and management
- Paralegal experience is an asset, preferably working directly with contract law
- Contract management certification or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of legally-binding contractual language and terminology
- Awareness of new innovative solutions and digital transformation technologies
- Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in the English language
