**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation and Strategy**
- Create and contribute to engaging Stories, Reels, and TikTok Videos
- Own the end-to-end production process for all video projects, from conceptualization to execution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align video content with overall strategy and campaign objectives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and impactful content flow.
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, ensuring timely and relevant delivery.
- Engage with the audience on social media, such as comments, likes, direct messages, etc.

**Podcast (Video Editing)**
- Script, record, edit, and publish podcasts, ensuring content is informative, entertaining, and aligned with our brand’s voice and goals.
- Manage the video component of podcast production, including setting up filming environments, recording visuals, and editing footage to align with the podcast’s audio content.
- Enhance video content with graphics, animations, or other visual elements to ensure a high-quality viewer experience.

**Communication**
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases highlighting key company milestones, products or events, to earn paid media.
- Create engaging newsletters and ‘save the dates’ to keep our membership informed and engaged with the latest news and events.

**Trend Analysis and Adaptation**
- Keep up to date on the latest trends in social media marketing and recommend strategies to capitalize on these trends.
- Analyze social media insights and best practices to refine content strategies and enhance audience engagement.

**Influencer Collaboration**
- Identify and establish partnerships with social media influencers to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences effectively.
- Coordinate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and drives measurable results.

**Events**
- Help plan and organize various company events and tradeshows, including set-up, execution, and cleanup.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with coordinating promotions/campaigns/events.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 years of professional experience in creating social media content as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role showcasing your work on social media platforms.
- Graphic design knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of Canva, Constant Contant, CapCut, Video editing software, and other media editing software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and an understanding of the specific content requirements and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency in editing software.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for press releases and newsletters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, influencers, and potentially on-camera interviews.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategies and decisions.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and editing software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
