**Job Summary**:
At Paint Social, our mission is to curate a fun, low-stress, and non-judgmental environment that inspires individuals to relish the joy of creating. We believe in the magic that unfolds when paint, people, and passion come together.

We're scouting for vibrant hosts - like YOU - to train into Master Artists. These champions will be the life of the party, ensuring every Paint Social event is a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Management**: Assist with the setup and cleanup for each event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
**- **Engage and Teach**:Break down a simple painting into easy, digestible steps and instruct a group of beginner painters, all while they socialize and indulge in beverages.
**- **Customer Interaction**: Greet guests with warmth as they arrive and ensure they leave with a smile and a masterpiece.
**- **Promotion**:Use social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to promote and amplify our events.

**You Are**:

- A true enthusiast for paint & art.
- Legally able to enjoy a drink (19+), as our vibrant events are hosted in lively bar and restaurant settings.
- Naturally charismatic with a strong stage presence - you're not just comfortable in the spotlight, you thrive in it
- Tech-savvy, particularly with social media, to keep the buzz alive.
- Ready for some action - setting up art stations for up to 40 participants might mean moving tables, chairs, and lifting crates brimming with 3 gallons of paint.
- A responsible driver with your own vehicle, capable of picking up and returning items to storage before and after events.
