**Job Summary**

Coaches development team of scrum principles, helps the team focus on sprint goals and to achieve their highest performance level, to ensure the scrum project is successfully progressed. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

Project Manager who knows Payments domain, who can manage/ co-ordinate the vendor and do the tracking/ coordination of internal & vendor deliverables.

**What is the opportunity?**

Project Manager / Scrum Master, who knows Payments domain, who can manage/ co-ordinate the vendor and do the tracking/ coordination of internal & vendor deliverables. Acting as a Scrum Master for one of the work streams for US Cash Management.


**What will you do?**
- Project specific coordination. Utilize Payments domain expertise to guide project-specific tasks.
- Vendor Coordination. Coordinate and follow-up on vendor deliverables.
- knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, creation, and metrics
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills required to manage communications to all stakeholders.
- Scrum Master & to independently manage the squads under the work stream:

- Successfully manage Scrum ceremonies and help team with cross team communications.
- Use, manage and own all documentation on JIRA/Confluence/SharePoint.
- Managing stakeholders and messaging to Leadership.
- Create and track project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
- Identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Escalate issues that require RTE/Leadership attention on time.
- Organize work streams to deliver against their roadmaps, and sync work streams with the overall program roadmap.
- Help improving the overall Agile maturity of the squad.
- Participate in overall Agile process improvement / deliverables - this will be done in partnership with RBC team with weekly check-ins.
- Work with RTE of the value stream for the overall improvement of the value stream and the program.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledgeable about Agile methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing projects for Finance at a FI (preferred)
- Nice to have technology experience - Cash Management delivery (Payments)
- 1-3 years of PM / SM experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
- A "can do" attitude.
- Be able to adjust quickly to changes
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
