Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Site Supervisor to oversee an electrical installation project in Waterville, Nova Scotia. This contract position will span 90 days and is pivotal to ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

**Duties**:

- Monitor and track workforce hours to ensure labor efficiency and project alignment.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and develop lookaheads for upcoming project phases.
- Verify ongoing progress through regular inspections and reporting, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between project stakeholders, including providing updates and addressing potential issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures at all times.
- Resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that arise on site in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with the mobilization of equipment and materials as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
