**Job Description**:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Work successfully within a team environment and communicate effectively with other project team members and customers

+ Support in the delivery of infrastructure to customers mostly within the municipal water, and wastewater sectors

+ Complete technical calculations to support design decisions

+ Develop design drawings

+ Prepare technical specifications

+ Assist with the preparation of technical reports

+ Review and approve construction progress in the field

+ Coordinate the work of discipline engineers

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering + 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in the municipal water/wastewater industry

+ Registered as EIT in the province of BC or ability to become registered within 6-12 months

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Familiarity with industry standards and strong working knowledge of water treatment processes and wastewater treatment processes

+ Willing to travel to and visit active construction sites, providing field review services

+ High level of initiative, motivation, and displays drive and enthusiasm for getting things done

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
