Makeup Artist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their makeup preferences and the desired look for their special occasion.
- Create customized makeup looks that enhance each client's features and align with their vision.
- Provide on-site makeup services for brides and bridal parties on the day of the wedding.
- Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals, such as hairstylists and photographers, to achieve cohesive looks.
- Promote salon services and products to clients, contributing to overall sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a makeup artist, with a portfolio showcasing bridal and party makeup looks.
- Certification in Makeup Artistry or relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of different makeup techniques, skin types, and face shapes.
- Excellent color perception and artistic ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively, especially on busy event days.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel to various locations as required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a salon environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Retail experience, particularly in selling beauty products.
- Experience in a high-end or luxury salon environment.
- Proficiency with social media platforms for promoting services and engaging with clients.

Pay: $30.00-$70.18 per hour
