As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Formwork Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing formwork projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and site supervisor to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule. You will be the key point of contact for all project-related matters and will lead a team to achieve project goals.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage multiple formwork projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients,architects, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Procure materials, equipment, and labor required for projects, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing concerns or questions.
- Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closeout procedures.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, overseeing medium to large-scale projects. Formwork experience might be an asset
- In-depth knowledge of formwork systems, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proficient in project management software and tools. Experience with Autocad might be an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
