Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

**Duties**:

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and generating leads
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information, demonstrate vehicle features, and accompany customers on test drives
- Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, financing options, and additional services
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in car sales or a similar role
- Strong sales support skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
