**Job Title: Repossession Agent**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Repossession Agent to join our team. As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for locating, securing, and recovering assets on behalf of creditors or lessors when individuals fail to make payments on loans or leases. Your role will involve working independently and in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and legal representatives to ensure the lawful retrieval of assets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Locate and track delinquent debtors and assets using various investigative techniques and databases.
2. Coordinate with clients, creditors, and legal representatives to obtain necessary documentation and information for repossession.
3. Secure and safely transport repossessed assets, adhering to all legal and safety protocols.
4. Maintain accurate records of repossession activities, including documentation of communication, asset condition, and location.
5. Communicate effectively with debtors to negotiate peaceful repossession when possible, while always maintaining professionalism and compliance with legal regulations.
6. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to execute repossession orders and resolve any potential conflicts.
7. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the feasibility and risks associated with repossession cases.
8. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to repossession and debt collection.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in law enforcement, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in repossession, debt collection, or law enforcement is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using technology and databases to locate and track assets.
6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely.
7. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
8. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
