We are excited about all the products we serve and want to form great relationships with our customers. We take great pride in providing excellent customer service and food/drinks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on day-to-day operations
- Making drinks and food as requested
- Maintain accountability for quality and consistency in customer experience, compliance through safety and clean practices
- Create a comfortable, happy atmosphere for customers
- Train and schedule staff
- Manage Social Media Accounts
- Ensure the highest quality products and customer service
- Bring your passion and smile
- Upon other duties

**Required experience**:

- One-year experience as cashier and barista
- Experience using POS system
- Attentive to detail
- Dependable
- Team-player and self-sufficient to work independently
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Able to work flexible shifts

**Required education**:

- High school or equivalent

**Required certification**:

- Food Safe Level I Certificate
- Serving it Right Certificate

**Required language**:
English, fluent (written & spoken)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.50 per hour
