**Sign Maker - Production and Design**

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires limited design responsibilities. If you are solely a graphic designer without sign production experience, please do not apply.

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Sign Making: Minimum 7 years (required)

You are detail oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment, while efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are self

Duties, Requirements and Competencies
- Sign design and production
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Consult/interface with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
- Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Able and willing to learn new technologies, skills and techniques to become a better sign making professional
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of initiative
- Detail Oriented

Minimum qualifications
- 5-7 years minimum experience as a professional sign maker - design and production
- Large format digital printing
- Design creativity
- Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with RIP software
- Have a passion for the sign production process

Additional asset qualifications
- Vehicle wrap installation
- CNC router and/or laser printer operation
- Knowledgeable in color management
- Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.)
