- Student**Position Overview**:
The Project Analyst Intern plays a key technical role in the performance of projects within the Calian Nuclear team and particularly with our client, SaskPower.

In this role, the Nuclear Analyst supports in the development of management system documentation ensuring adherence to Nuclear regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be knowledgeable about regulatory requirements, such as Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission regulatory documents and CSA standard, Management System Requirements for Nuclear Facilities, N286-12;
- Support the development of high-quality technical reports and documents;
- Support business opportunities and proposals;
- Provide support to Project Managers as required, including reporting to clients, reviewing the work of project team members and subcontractors, and supervising project team members.
- Ensure all project deliverables are developed and maintained in accordance with quality requirements; and
- Participate, as part of a project team, in conducting technical analyses

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a University Degree in Engineering, Science, or other relevant discipline;
- Experience and proficiency in writing technical documents;
- Ability to think independently and provide insight and solutions to complex problems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing project and client requirements;
- Team player, able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team;

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to obtain a Reliability level Canadian Government Security Clearance;
- Eligibility to register as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) will be considered an asset and;
- Position is based in Regina, Saskatchewan and on-site work at SaskPower is a requirement
