Position Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Help develop/sustain critical program-wide industry partnerships to facilitate program related activities and objectives; lead/manage post Experiential project capture and synthesis to program objectives.
- Administer student placement activities (including contractors), including info session days. Help integrate industry activities with student activities.
- Participate in the development of innovative ways for students/industry to interact
- Support special projects with analytics content specific features to increase the Program’s visibility and reach more potential applicants.
- Prepare postings for Facebook group/ LinkedIn/other social media channels.
- Working closely with the Faculty’s Marketing & Communications team, update, prepare and coordinate publicity materials; maintain and update Web pages related to marketing materials.
- Provide backup for student affairs activities, such as preparation for the Summer semester.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the program’s events such as Orientation, receptions with partners, workshops, convocation, info sessions, etc.
- Schedule meetings with industry partners and coordinates the logistics, e.g. room booking, arrangement for catering (if required).
