**Description**

Chicken Little Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic Barista Supervisor to lead and inspire our team of talented baristas and create exceptional coffee experiences for our valued customers. As a Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee station, ensuring quality, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.

**Day in the Life**
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient coffee preparation.
- Craft and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages, setting high standards for quality and presentation.
- Welcome and assist customers, offering product recommendations and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards while handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a barista or in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, drink recipes, and latte art is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cafe's schedule.
- Passion for coffee, a genuine interest in creating delightful experiences for customers, and a commitment to upholding quality standards.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.85 per hour
