Pluri-elles (Manitoba) Inc. est présentement à la recherche d’une personne talentueuse et dynamique pour se joindre à son équipe en tant que conseiller ou conseillère en entraide / **travail social.** La personne sera responsable de fournir de l’information, d’assurer le soutien individuel, d’organiser et d’animer des groupes à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’organisation, de voyager en région rurale, etc..

**TEMPS PLEIN 35h par semaine**

**Responsabilités**:

- Assurer un accompagnement individuel et de groupe ;
- Animer des groupes de thérapie et de support ;
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des programmes de counselling ou d'intervention ;
- Conseiller les personnes participantes en leur offrant une thérapie ou tout autre service ;
- Préparer des rapports d'évaluation, de progrès, de suivi, d’ateliers, etc. ;
- Effectuer au besoin des recherches pour améliorer les services tels que : des nouveaux programmes, des présentations d’ateliers ou de conférence, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Formation en counselling, travail social, santé mentale ou dans une discipline connexe liés aux services sociaux.**Formation en counselling auprès des enfants, des femmes et des couples.

**Compétences**
- Excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais parlés et écrits ;
- Solides aptitudes en communication et en animation, tant de vive voix que par écrit
- Bonne connaissance et expérience des besoins et des ressources en counselling ;
- Bonne connaissance des ressources de la communauté ;
- Leadership & entregent ;
- Capacité de travailler seul(e) et en équipe ;
- Créativité et discernement.
