Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures will be essential to ensure the efficient operation of plumbing systems.

**Duties**:

- Install plumbing systems in new construction projects according to blueprints and specifications.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or malfunctions.
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to ensure proper installation and functioning of plumbing systems.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform plumbing tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and building codes to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles.
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques for cutting openings in walls or floors for pipe installation.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- HVAC or mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
