**Division info**:
Located in Cambridge, our facility is 108,000 sq. ft facility has been built for the manufacturing of the famous Boeing 777 long range large commercial aircraft. Cambridge is a state-of-the art Centre of Excellence built 8 years ago and dedicated to highly automated machining of major landing gear components. It does the machining of the largest commercial aircraft landing gear components on the planet (Boeing 777).

**Summary of position**:
Reporting to the Vice-President Operations Central Division, you will lead the critical machining operations for the major components of the Boeing 777 landing gear. Working together with other machining locations within the central division we will continue to develop or acquire the latest machining technologies and techniques in order to remain a best value producer of complex parts. Automation of the manufacturing processes are key for the central business units in order to remain cost competitive.

**Main responsibilities**:
**? Lead full P&L by**:
? delivering on-time critical product to our customers
? driving profitable growth
? optimizing the operating profit;
? Improve operational performance and the supply chain to make the business more competitive;
? Integrate the lean manufacturing concept;
? Promote Héroux-Devtek’s operational culture, on the basis of do it right the first time;
? Promote Company’s values including highest environment, health and safety standards;
? Mobilize and work with the team to create an innovative work environment.

**Qualifications**:
? Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, including a minimum of five (5) in a leadership position within the aerospace, manufacturing sector;
? Excellent communicator with motivating and innovative leadership skills, showing both managerial courage and equity;
? Must comply with all HD confidentiality and security regulations pursuant to ITAR/CGRP directives.
