**Opportunity Brief**

Medibanx is a novel take on aligning the needs of longitudinal data in pharmaceutical research and the opportunity to incentivize patients for their ongoing consent to collect medical data past and present.

This venture is a facilitated marketplace wherein Medibanx will collect the patient data, extract and analyze the relevant parts for research and provide a secured interface for Pharma and Biotech. Medibanx will pass back value to the patient in monetary payments when data or analysis is purchased and used. The patients are the owners of the medical data and rightfully should participate in the upside of the value their data is generating.

**About FutureSight and the Venture Studio Model**

FutureSight is a venture studio that co-creates and funds B2B SaaS companies with

values-driven leaders. By working alongside a proven and diverse team, we minimize risk and increase the likelihood of startup success by 2-3x.

Unlike incubators and accelerators, we are a co-founder, i.e. we are as invested and

committed to the venture for the long term as you are. We follow a unique investment

approach and only work with a handful of select founders per year. The resources we

bring along with access to advisor and funding networks allows you to focus on the unique elements needed to get to market faster and on the path to rapid growth.

**Requirements**:
Short Term Responsibilities
- Design and code the MVP within time and resource constraints
- Achieve pilot success criteria with targeted user adoption
- Engage with the team in early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of MVP to ensure product-market-fit
- Build an awesome team, have fun, and instill a purpose driven culture
- Support the CEO to raise external capital

Longer Term Responsibilities
- Product roadmap delivery
- Keep a pulse on the technical development and related technologies
- Set up infrastructure, maintain the deployment pipeline and build the underlying data schema
- Develop and build a high performance development culture
- Lead a growing team of technical and product leaders
- Executive strategy
- Cross-functional communication

Skills and Qualities

- Full stack experience
- "Get it done "and "do it well" attitude
- Previous experience leading an early stage, venture-backed startup in a technical or product capacity or equivalent intrapreneurial experience
- Familiarity with data and metric analysis, collection and reporting

**Benefits**

Compensation is a mix of cash and equity but is biased more heavily towards equity in the early days. The equity upside has the potential to be 10x the short term compensation sacrifice. If you are looking for a standard annual salary structure - this role isn't a good fit for you. We are seeking leaders who are bold, and have the appropriate risk appetite and capacity to co-create with us.
