**Job Summary**
- The Customer Service Order Specialist provides support to both internal and external customers relating to sales, warehouse & field activities. Prepares Quotations and Sales Orders, communicates progress to the customer, interfaces with other functions such as Credit/Collections, Sales, Warehouse and Procurement to ensure customer and business expectations are met.
- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Deliver high standard of service and support to project teams.
- Interface with customers both internal and external.
- Project management support activities.
- Prepare and maintain Quotations using SAP.
- Prepare and maintain Sales Orders, perform contract review.
- Ensure to match the original Cameron SAP quotation, taking care to review any special requirements regarding product, delivery, documentation, packaging, Trade Compliance, etc.
- Initiate Engineering Work Requests (EWR) when necessary.
- Provide progress reports to customers.
- Support warehousing activity / field activity as needed.
- Expedite and escalate customer requests to management as needed.

**Minimum Job Qualifications**
- High School Diploma.
- +4 years' experience in sales, commercial related, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office products. & ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project management / project execution experience
- Trainable / aptitude to learn and use product knowledge.
- Experience in SAP is desired.
- Self-motivated, responsible, strong work ethic, leadership aptitude, clear communication skills and personable
- Effective communication and organization skills - Creative and innovative problem solver
