- Generate interest in OSF Digital vacancies and offer support with building a talent pool.
- Work closely with IT Recruiters and Technical evaluators for scheduling calls
- Post ads on various local job boards
- Participate in other HR projects, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department would be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook;
- Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility;
- Excellent team player
- Ability to interact with people from various cultures and countries;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required;
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
