Architectural Drafter

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans
- Prepare drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Assist in the development of construction documents
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for drafting projects
- Review and modify drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Use CAD software to create accurate and precise 2D and 3D architectural designs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in 2D animation is advantageous but not required

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
- Experience in high-rise construction or complex projects is an asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- drafting: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- P.Eng Certificate (required)
