Mixtruder Operator

**Position Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the designated shift supervisor, the Mixtruder Operator will be responsible for compounds and mixes materials to produce varies adhesives while using a mixtruder. While the mixtruder is mixing adhesive batches or as assigned, the operator will compound primer mixes.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education
- 3-5 years proven experience, ideally in a fast moving dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
- Ability to work days and nights on a rotating 12-hour schedule

**Compensation Package**:

- Rate of Pay: $20.65 - $21.29
- RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP contribution after 672 hours of employment worked.
- Group Benefits: Company paid comprehensive medical and dental benefits after 672 hours of employment worked.
