Reports to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) 30 minutes before the exam scheduled start time. Responsible for setting up the examination room according to specific requirements as well as ensuring that equipment and facilities are functioning properly. Administers the delivery of the computerized exams and documentation. Reports students’ problems to the SAO timely. Ensures that students comply with regulations with respect to exams. Responsible to report to the SAO any behavior by students or others that does not comply with University regulations. Ensures that all mobile and web-accessible electronic devices are stowed away from students prior to the start of the examination. Ensures that students are accompanied to the washroom. Alerts the SAO when students have a question. At the end of the examination period, collects all exam materials and ensures nothing is left behind in the examination room(s). Responsible for returning all exams material to the SAO.

Shifts: Morning: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Qualifications Required : Holder of a high school diploma or higher. Comfortable with handling computerized exams. Must be student-focused and service oriented. Punctual. Demonstrated adequate communication and organizational skills, and an ability to transmit and receive information accurately. Demonstrated ability to listen and efficiently assist students with problems. Ability to follow instructions and to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to act in an acceptable manner so as not to disrupt students writing the exam. English, spoken and read. French an asset.
- Description du poste : Se présente au Bureau des affaires étudiantes (SAO) 30 minutes avant l'heure prévue pour le début de l'examen. Responsable de la mise en place de la salle d'examen selon les exigences spécifiques ainsi que de s'assurer que l'équipement et les installations fonctionnent correctement. Administrer la remise des examens informatisés et de la documentation. Signaler les problèmes des étudiants au SAO en temps opportun. Veille à ce que les étudiants respectent la réglementation en matière d'examens. Signaler au SAO tout comportement des étudiants ou d'autres personnes qui ne respecte pas les règlements de l'Université. S'assure que tous les appareils électroniques mobiles et accessibles par Internet sont rangés loin des étudiants avant le début de l'examen. S'assurer que les étudiants sont accompagnés aux toilettes. Alerte le SAO lorsque les étudiants ont une question. À la fin de la période d'examen, ramasser tout le matériel d'examen et s'assurer que rien n'est oublié dans la ou les salles d'examen. Il est responsable du retour de tout le matériel d'examen à la SAO.

Quarts de travail : Matin : 9h00 à 13h00

Qualifications requises : Titulaire d'un diplôme d'études secondaires ou plus. Être à l'aise avec la manipulation d'examens informatisés. Doit être axé sur les étudiants et le service. Ponctuel. Démontrer des compétences adéquates en communication et en organisation, ainsi qu'une capacité à transmettre et à recevoir des informations avec précision. Capacité démontrée d'écouter et d'aider efficacement les étudiants ayant des problèmes. Capacité à suivre des instructions et à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe. Capacité à agir de manière acceptable afin de ne pas perturber les étudiants qui passent l'examen. Anglais, parlé et lu. Le français est un atout.
