**The Role(s)**

We are looking to add MSWs and Psychotherapists to our team deliver quality patient-centered care, while following leading clinical practices. We are supportive, respectful, caring, and accountable toward our patients and staff.

Key aspects of the role:

- Overall therapeutic care i.e. the assessment, treatment planning, and outcomes of care in a one-on-one treatment setting
- Collaborate with inter-professional team in providing patient-focused care and determine the need for additional or alternative services.
- Communicate effectively with patients.
- Design a treatment plan considering evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
- Maintain records of client care activity.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards of practice.
- Work with the clinic ops team to build and retain your practice

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Registered with the appropriate College in good standing.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to integrate client-centered care into clinical practice.
- Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, independently, and with various individuals or groups.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to generate new solutions.
- Commitment to service excellence including continuing education and continuous quality improvement.

**What are we looking for?**
- In essence, we are looking for top notch clinicians who are passionate about mental health and want to be part of a growing Institution.
- Evening and Weekend availability is really important
- Availability of minimum 3 days a week, including at least 1 evening and 1 day on the weekend
- Clinicians who are fully vested to their growth and practice at BeWell
- In Person Availability is needed in addition to virtual
- Training/Experience in the following is an asset : Couples Therapy, Art Therapy, Child/Youth Therapy, EMDR, Structured CBT.
