J'adore Nails Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly and welcoming receptionist to join our team. This is a Full-Time position with work hours varying between 40-42 hours per week.

**Primary Duties Include but not limited to**:

- General Reception and clerical work
- Completing daily opening and closing duties
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients
- Interact with clients and salon staff in a professional manner
- Assisting staff with setup when needed
- Resolve clients concerns or complaints professionally
- Processing sales via debit/credit card payments
- Calculating daily sales receipts/transactions
- Updating and organizing inventory
- Be knowledgeable of all services and treatments offered by J’adore Nails Salon & Spa
- Assist in spa cleaning and organization of all areas of the salon
- Assist with social media postings
- Able to work shifts from Mondays - Saturdays
- Access to reliable transportation

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
