We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' cottage landscapes are well-maintained, healthy, and free from unsightly weeds. As a key member of our team, your work will directly contribute to enhancing the outdoor experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lawn Care**:
Mow lawns to the appropriate height.
Trim and edge lawns to give them a neat and manicured appearance.
Perform lawn aeration and overseeding as needed.
Monitor and report any lawn issues or diseases.

**Weed Whacking**:
Efficiently and safely operate weed-whacking equipment.
Trim and edge around flowerbeds, walkways, and other landscaping features.
Identify and remove weeds from various surfaces.
Ensure the proper disposal of debris and clippings.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Regularly inspect and maintain lawn care and weed-whacking equipment.
Report any equipment issues or repair needs to the supervisor.

**Client Interaction**:
Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Address client questions and concerns courteously and promptly.
Provide information about additional services offered by the company.

**Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lawn care and weed whacking is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license (For higher-paying positions)
