YOUR CHALLENGES
The primary objective of the Customer Profitability Analyst is to develop, recommend, and implement pricing strategies, policies, processes, and tactics to enhance the planned and predictive profitability of transactions across all business units within the company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and improve pricing matrices, pricing strategies, databases, decision-support systems, and tools to increase profitability ratios by client;
- Analyze client transaction profitability by price origin, market segments, and product categories to provide recommendations to sales management for generating profitable sales opportunities;
- Conduct analysis and coordinate the renewal of client-specific special pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with profitability objectives;
- Gather data to prepare dashboards according to the business unit requirements;
- Present analysis results to relevant stakeholders and actively participate in the implementation of recommendations;
- Work closely with sales management to understand their business analysis needs
- Develop and establish trust-based relationships with various business units to better understand their pricing needs and support them in profitability management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mathematics, data analysis, statistics, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
