**REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- School Administrator’s Certificate _(preferred)_
- Post-Baccalaureate, Pre-Masters or Masters Degree, preferably Education Administration _(preferred)_
- Permanent Manitoba Teaching Certificate _(required)_
- Demonstrated commitment to, and expertise in and/or experience in:

- contributing to staff and community learning in anti-racist, anti-oppressive education
integrating Indigenous perspectives into teaching and learning
actualizing the priorities of the Multi Year Strategic Plan
