**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, clean, and meticulously sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.
- Skillfully repair cracks and holes in walls and other surfaces, restoring them to their original condition.
- Safely erect scaffolding, swing stages, and attach rigging when necessary to access and work on challenging areas.
- Operate specialized equipment, including paint sprayers, to achieve even and precise coverage.
- Organize and maintain inventory of painting supplies and materials, ensuring a well-equipped and efficient work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper waste disposal procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to ensure the accurate execution of projects.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Travel within the Simcoe County area to various project sites.
- Lead teams of 2-5 people, sharing your expertise and providing guidance to ensure successful project completion.
- Some weekends may be required to accommodate project timelines and client needs.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a professional painter, demonstrating a deep understanding of painting techniques and materials.
- Valid G license and a clean driving record and vehicle, allowing you to commute to project sites and ensure timely project execution.
- This position may require travel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring the delivery of exceptional painting finishes.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling you to effectively lead and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work at heights and operate scaffolding equipment.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
